Week 1

  • Product categories that work
  • Building your product zip file

Week 2

  • Building Your Perfect Preview (need both Illustrator and Photoshop)

Week 3 

  • Setting up your Etsy Shop (best first shop to make sure you have enough product over the long run for other types of shops).

Week 4

  • SEO, Titles, Keywords, Descriptions

Week 5

  • Mock ups and other useful images. 

Week 6

  • Problem solving when a product is not selling, Q&A

 

Please note that this 6 week session is to start your business. It will not teach you to design products since that takes substantially longer. If you are looking for design help, please check out the University of Arts & Design (you can take single courses or do a program) or Design Suite if it is available.

You do need to know enough Illustrator and Photoshop to also follow along to build previews.
